• to ensure your abilities to be a member of the RealChain Founders Club

• to process transactions and send notices about your transactions;
• to issue invoices and collect fees;
• to detect and prevent potentially prohibited or illegal activity relating to the RealChainservices;

• to customize, measure, and improve RealChain services and the content and layout of ourwebsite and applications;
• to provide you with targeted marketing from time to time about our services. However, wewill only do this if either (i) you have given us permission to do so, or (ii) you are one of ourcustomers and we are telling you about similar products and services to the ones you havepreviously purchased or asked us about. In each case you can contact us to opt out of anyfurther marketing communications.

5. How Is Personal Information Stored and Protected?

We store, control and process your personal information on our servers in the Realchain.xyz. We protect it bymaintaining physical, electronic and procedural safeguards in compliance with the Data ProtectionLaws. We use computer safeguards such as firewalls and data encryption, we enforce physical accesscontrols to our buildings and files, and we authorise access to personal information only for thoseemployees who require it to fulfil their job responsibilities.


While we will use all reasonable efforts to safeguard your personal information, you acknowledge thatthe use of the internet is not entirely secure and for this reason we cannot guarantee the security orintegrity of any personal information that are transferred from you or to you via the internet. Ourwebsite may contain links to other websites of our partners, suppliers, advertisers or other approvedthird parties. If you follow a link to any of these websites, please note that these websites have (orshould have) their own privacy policies. We do not accept any responsibility or liability forthese policies or the way in which your personal information may be treated by thesethird parties. We recommend you check the privacy policy of any third party before you submit anypersonal information to their website.


6. How Is Personal Information Shared?

‍When you are applying to use RealChain services, we may contact credit or identity reference agencies with information you provide to enable us to confirm your identity. We also use trusted service partners pursuant to strict data processing agreements to whom we may pass your personal information. These service partners help us operate the RealChain platform and provide the services. The data processing agreements with these service partners require them to protect your personal information to the same or a higher standard than we treat it. We may be obliged to share personal information with law enforcement agencies in connection with any investigation to help prevent unlawful activity. We may also be obliged to disclose personal information to a court of law or regulator where we are under a duty to share such information to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation. Apart from this, we will not rent, sell or share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies without your express permission.


7. Do we Process Sensitive Personal Information?

‍It is very unlikely that we will ask you to provide sensitive personal information. If we request such information, we will explain why we are requesting it and how we intend to use it.

Sensitive personal information includes information relating to your ethnic origin, your political opinions, your religious beliefs, whether you belong to a trade union, your physical or mental health or condition, your sexual life, and whether you have committed a criminal offence.

We will only collect your sensitive personal information with your explicit consent.

8. The RealChain Services

RealChain is a platform which is a members-only global real estate agents and professional community named Founders Club only including people with Alpha, Genesis, Originals Pass.

The RealChain Services mainly include opportunities and benefits of owning RealChain Founders Club NFTs (referred to as the "Service" or “FC”) operated and organized by SIF Ventures UK. 

Users of RealChain Services generally intend to utilize from their membership. Services may include access to RealChain Academy; to certain data; to global community and to information about future projects and Services may change subject to NFT type that the member hold.

We aim to improve and broaden community by considering our legitimate interest.  Personal data we collect and process is used for facilitating such aim in accordance with applicable laws.

It should be noted that if the RealChain Services identify a person with a high risk and that person is a customer or member seeking to use our services, that person may be denied access to certain services. In extreme cases, information relating to that person may be disclosed to law enforcement agencies or other agencies which seek to prevent crime or implement anti-money laundering measures.

• We use cookies to collect system-related information, such as the type of internet browser and operating system you use, the website from which you have come to our website, the duration of individual page views, paths taken by visitors through the website, and other general information and your IP address (the unique address which identifies your computer on the internet) which is automatically recognised by our web server. • We use cookies when registered users access the private sections of our website. Cookies are used to facilitate the log in process. In this case, we may be able to identify that your login details have been used.

10. Transfers of Personal Information Out of the EEA

‍We may need to transfer your personal information to countries which are located outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”), for the purpose of providing the services to you. You may be located in a country outside of the EEA and therefore we may have no choice but to transfer your personal information outside of the EEA. Any transfer of your personal information outside of the EEA will be subject to a GDPR-compliant guarantee (such a Model Contract Clause approved by the European Commission) that will safeguard your privacy rights and give you remedies in the unlikely event of a security breach.

11. How Long Do We Hold Personal Information For?

‍We only keep your personal information as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was obtained. After that period, we either: (1) anonymise the data if we still wish to use it for analytical purposes, or (2) pseudonymise the data if believe in good faith that we may need to process the data in the future for a legitimate purpose, or in all other cases (3) delete it completely from our servers. Please note that this does not apply in respect of any cryptocurrency-related information for which you provide us with a perpetual licence.

Please note that you can make all requests free of charge, but it may take us up to 30 days to respond to or act on your request (or longer in some circumstances – see ‘Time Extensions and Refusals’ section below).

‍You can require us to correct any mistakes in your personal information which we hold. If you would like to do this, please follow the steps in the ‘How to Exercise Your Rights’ section below and let us know the personal information that is incorrect and what it should be replaced with.

15. Right to Ask Us to Stop Contacting You with Direct Marketing

‍You can ask us to stop contacting you for direct marketing purposes. If you would like to do this, please either click on the ‘unsubscribe’ button at the bottom of marketing emails from us or follow the steps to contact us in the ‘How to Exercise Your Rights’ section below and let us know what method of contact you are not happy with if you are unhappy with certain ways of contacting.

16. Right to Erasure

‍You can request that we delete all personal information relating to you. If you would like to do this, please follow the steps in the ‘How to Exercise Your Rights’ section below and provide us with the justification for the erasure request (e.g. you are withdrawing your consent, you no longer believe that we should be processing the personal information for the original purpose for which it was obtained, the personal information is being unlawfully processed, there is a legal reason for erasure etc.). Except where this is a legal or regulatory right or obligation in respect of retention, RealChain will erase the personal information as requested.

17. Right to Restrict Processing

‍You can request that we restrict processing of some of your personal information. If you would like to do this, please follow the steps in the ‘How to Exercise Your Rights’ section below and provide us with details of what personal information you would like us to restrict the processing of. If we agree to restrict the processing of the personal information, we will inform you as soon as we have put in place the restriction.


18. Right to Object

‍You can object to us processing any of your personal information. If you would like to do this, please follow the steps in the ‘How to Exercise Your Rights’ section below and provide us with details of what personal information you object to us processing.

19. Right to Data Portability

‍You can request that we provide some or all of your personal information we hold to a third party free of charge. If you would like to do this, please follow the steps in the ‘How to Exercise Your Rights’ section below and provide us with sufficient details of the third-party entity to which you would like your data transferred. Assuming we can process your request, we shall provide your personal information to the requested third party in a commonly used machine-readable format.

20. Rights Relating to Automated Decision Making and Profiling

‍Where we use software that automatically processes personal information for us, we shall ensure that processing using this software is fair. We shall implement all appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure inaccuracies are minimised. If you are concerned about the use of such software, you have the right to ask for more details about the processing and request that we stop using the software to process your data. If you would like to do this, please follow the steps in the ‘How to Exercise Your Rights’ section below and provide us with details of your concerns.

21. Right to Complain to the Supervisory Authority

‍If you are unhappy with the way in which we have dealt with a request you have made or you feel that we are not complying with this Privacy Policy in any way, you have the right to complain to the supervisory authority in the country in which you live. The supervisory authority in England and Wales is the Information Commissioners Office and details of how to contact them are available on their website: www.ico.org.uk.

22. How to Exercise Your Rights

‍If you would like to exercise any of your rights set out above, please:

• email, call or write to us (see ‘How to contact us?’ below), and
• let us have proof of your identity and address (a copy of your driving licence or passport and a recent utility or credit card bill will suffice).

23. Time Extensions and Refusals

‍We reserve the right to extend the time period to respond to any of the requests listed above by up to 60 days where a request is complex or a large number of requests are made. If we fail to respond to you by the deadline we set, you have a right to complain to the supervisory authority or seek a judicial remedy (see – ‘Right to complain to the supervisory authority’ above).

We may also refuse a request where there are legitimate reasons to do so. These include, but are not limited to:

• where a request is manifestly unfounded, excessive or repetitive; or
